In 2015, Serena was set to make history. She was on the verge of winning the calendar-year Grand Slam and we felt it was important to mark it. Instead of just congratulating her on the potential win, we decide to create a film with Wilson about a number of young players who wanted to thank Serena for being an inspiring rolemodel.
Sadly, she lost in the Open semis but our work transcended the tour. We released it after her loss and opened up a global conversation about her impact on the game.
